The WCG Fighter Club Tournament is an elite open tournament for established ‘Fighting' communities. The WCG Fighter Club showcased the very best players in American gaming, fun walk-up opportunities to play the hottest games and promotional surveys that captured key demographic data.
Nearly 5,000 fans and gamers converged on the Samsung Experience in New York City's Time Warner Center for the first annual WCG Fighter Club. The first of many year-long video game events from the World Cyber Games, the premier international video game competition and festival, WCG Fighter Club pitted the world's elite fighting gamers against each other in the top fighting games on the market including Capcom's Street Fighter IV, Tecmo's Dead or Alive 4, Namco's Soulcalibur IV, and Sega's Virtua Fighter 5.
